Church Partner Registration Form

To be part of SOS Day, you must first register your church by filling out the form below. The form must be complete. (It is OK if you don't have a website address.)
Type in a "username" and password that you want to use. You need to re-type your exact password in the "Verify Password" area to confirm your password. Remember to save your "username" and password because you will need these to submit your project opportunities.
Click on the "Register" button. It normally takes only one day to activate your "username" and "password."
New Project Opportunities: Once your "username" and "password" are activated, you can go to "Projects" on the website and submit your project opportunities. Note: Submit as many projects as you have Project Leaders for.
